Roasting area We started roasting grain using a small roaster from Serbia. Now we are frying on Probat G120 HS with an automated roasting control and profiling system. We use a Mahlkoenig coffee grinder with a capacity of 4000 kg per day. Every year we improve the formulation of mixtures and improve our skills.
