    Konakovsky cheese factory of JSC "Milk" is located in an ecologically clean place, on the banks of the Volga River, surrounded by resort areas of the Tver region, 110 km from Moscow. Milk comes to the plant from a farm located on the territory of the famous resort of Zavidovo. The plant has been operating since 1936. General Director Volodina Lyudmila Sergeevna is an honored worker of the food industry of Russia, she has worked at this enterprise for more than 50 years, having worked her way from a laboratory assistant to a director. The main difference of the Konakovsky cheese factory are the basements, which were built by the students of the famous Nikolai Vasilyevich Vereshchagin - the founder of the domestic cheese and butter making. At the Prodexpo international food exhibition, they became laureates of the "Best Product of Russia" competition and won: Gold medal for semi-hard cheese "Edimonovsky" from goat's milk and bronze for cheese "Shanklish" with fenugreek.
