It in turn simplified and accelerated the process of sorting coffee after collecting.⠀Further, they were abandoned by the purity of the tanks (for this they began to wash the chains under a much stronger water pressure). After that, the process of fermentation has been subjected to change. To do this, Tim offered not to mix bookmarks in fermentation tanks, made at different times. Thus, fermentation began to be performed according to the standard technical process.⠀For drying, they removed the walls in the greenhouses, where the drying tables were located (which previously led to uneven drying) and created an artificial shadow for coffee. Drying time increased from 6 to 30 days, but free air circulation ensured the uniformity of the drying.
