Kaveri occupies a total area of ​​2512 hectares, of which 1570 hectares sowed coffee robust and 100 hectares with forest areas. About 25% make up natural, alpine tropical forests. The rest of the territory consists of roads, housing, processing equipment and natural swamps. Blanc is managed by a team of professionals from Uganda, Zimbabwe and Kenya, having extensive experience in coffee farms.
