Brazil Fensey is an excellent base lot for espresso, combined with milk gives clear notes of peanut paste. This coffee is supplied by Koisupe's cooperative.Cooperative Kuashupe combines an incredible number of farms, more than 13,000, of which 84% are small manufacturers who live solely on the fact that their land produces.The cooperative receives coffee from more than 200 villages located in the south of Minas Gerais, in Sererado and Rio Pardo's valleys in Sau Paulo.This is the largest cooperative of coffee producers in the world. If Koashupe was a separate country, it would be in the fifth place the most on the production of coffee in the world!In 2016, the ECOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT OF KUASHUPE (NEA) participated in teachers' training from more than 100 schools in 20 different communities from where Cooperative Sursit's grain. The purpose of the department was the development of an understanding of environmental issues relating to the region. To date, more than 6,000 students were trained with the Date Education Date in 2013. Last year, NEA donated 35,000 seedlings of different varieties to their producers for growing on their plantations.
