The most cultivated varieties that we find in this region are: Catasta, Bourbon, Mundo Novo and Akaya. The main characteristics of coffee are a cream and velvety body. It has a bright fruit aroma with soft notes of dark chocolate and nuts, medium and balanced acidity. It has a long-term aftertaste with caramel sweetness and dark chocolate notes.
