For this Blend, we used two Brazils: Arabica from the Minas Gerais region, Alta Mojiana, it gives clear notes of cocoa, bitter chocolate, forest nuts, as well as Robust from the Espirita Santa region. Robust Venturim has the quality of Fine Robusta (which is an analogue of Specialty in Arabica). It was raised on the Venturim Farm, which was founded in 1882, using the latest approaches to the collection and processing of berries. This made it possible to get coffee without such frequently found in robust defects like mold, injuries insects, old either unhealthy grain and so on. So, we did not have to "hide" the defects of Robsturs a very dark roasting, but it turned out to reveal its natural tastes: "Nutolar", sweet nut, raisins.
