Spicy herbs and paprika complement the taste of cheese, giving it spicy notes. Cheese will make almost any vegetable salad more satisfying and nutritious, but it can also be used as a filling. Add it to pies, tortillas, dumplings or prepare Tatar kutabs: open tortillas made of wheat flour with a filling of cheese with herbs. The mass fraction of fat in dry matter is 40.0%.
