Tender lightly salted cheese made from natural milk from our own farm. Soft pickled cheese according to the classic recipe: without dyes, artificial preservatives and extraneous additives. Brine cheese is made from the milk of cows, goats, sheep or buffaloes, and sometimes from a mixture of milk from each of these animals. Brynza bars are formed under special presses. Interestingly, a kilogram of this soft brine cheese can take more than fifteen liters of cow's milk and only about five sheep's milk: this happens because sheep's milk is more fatty and acidic.
