Soft cheese in a roll made from a mixture of Italian herbs. Natural ingredients: cottage cheese made from milk from our own farm, butter, sugar, salt, garlic and a bouquet of Italian herbs — oregano and basil. Made by hand and with care for safety: each ball was molded in accordance with all sanitary standards. Laban is a cheese of Oriental origin. In an effort to preserve dairy products in a hot climate, people resorted to a variety of methods and tricks, and laban is one of them. Initially, it was prepared from yogurt: going into a clot, it eventually turned into an even denser mass, from which it was convenient to form balls. They themselves were stored longer than liquid yogurt, but several other ways were invented to extend the shelf life in the hot desert: for this, kurut cheese was dried in the sun or placed in liquid oil. We have slightly changed the authentic recipe: the laban from the Milk Sea is made from fresh cottage cheese and crumbles in a mixture of Italian herbs.
