Steadfast Shiraz Cabernet is a sensual red wine that is successfully produced in the Australian Barossa Valley, in the south of the continent. Steadfast Shiraz Cabernet is an Australian interpretation of European red wine traditions. The original French Cabernet Sauvignon has opened up here amazingly. Its strengths are its high tannin content, pleasant color and unique aroma. In addition, it brings a noble astringency to the blend. Winemakers representing Langmeil complement it with the softening variety Shiraz (). These grapes are tender and soft. He is very famous for the unique velvety structure that he brings to dry wine. Despite its sophistication, it enriches the acidity and tannin of the whole blend. It is customary to harvest the Chateau Saint Hilaire wine by hand. It is sorted and then easily pressed. The wort is poured into stainless vats, where the vinification process takes place at controlled temperatures. This wine is aged in French oak barrels. The maturation process takes 9 months. After the end of aging, the wine is bottled in 0.75 liters. There are 12 of them in one package. Vintage 2016, according to the authors, turned out to be particularly successful.
