VelRybProm is a manufacturer of canned fish with many years of experience. The plant has modern equipment from leading European manufacturers, cold storage chambers for more than 600 tons of raw materials, 5 production lines with a total capacity of 4,000,000 cans. We produce canned fish in cans No. 2, No. 3, No. 5 and No. 6, glass. The hot smoking shop is equipped with high-performance smoke chambers. For smoking fish, only high-quality chips of alder and beech are used, which allows to achieve the desired shades of taste of the finished product. The sterilization shop is equipped with autoclaves with an automated SAUST system that allows you to monitor the values of temperature, pressure, time, taking into account factors of microbiological efficiency. Defrosting equipment allows you to automatically monitor the process of defrosting of raw materials, maintain the temperature regime in accordance with the specified technological parameters.
