The company was founded in 2010. The construction of the Turov Dairy Plant has become part of the State Program for the development of the Pripyat Polesie, and today the plant is one of the city-forming enterprises of the city of Turov and the Zhitkovichi district. The launch of production and the first shipments of finished products took place in May 2013. In January 2018, the second production stage of the plant was launched. More than 430 new jobs have been created at the Turov Dairy Plant. The personnel policy of the enterprise is based on the organization of employment of local residents, as well as the involvement of already established specialists and young people from all regions of the republic. All the necessary conditions have been created for employees for high-quality, fruitful and comfortable work, as well as professional growth. The company is export-oriented, currently more than 80% of its products are supplied to foreign markets. At the moment, the capacity of the Turov Dairy Plant is designed to process 750 tons of milk per day. The company is actively working on the development of its own raw material zone and is currently a founder in the farms of the Zhitkovichi district of the Gomel region – JSC Priozerskoye-Agro, JSC Dyakovichi. In order to optimize the structure and improve approaches to the management of agricultural enterprises, JSC "Turovsky Dairy Plant" has established a Unitary enterprise "Molochnaya Pravda". The tasks of the organization include the development of the raw material zone, carrying out a complex of works to improve the quality of milk, as well as the management of agricultural enterprises on a professional basis with the involvement of highly qualified specialists. The company is building a modern dairy complex for 2,400 dairy cattle in the Zhitkovichi district of the Gomel region. There are plans to build other complexes using this technology. In addition to the unique production, the Turovsky Dairy Plant has its own developed infrastructure. On the territory of the enterprise there are administrative offices, a company store and its own cafe.
