It is located in the city of Mariinsky Posad of the Chuvash Republic. The enterprise is among the budget-forming enterprises of the Mariinsko-Posadsky district and is the only enterprise in the territory of the Chuvash Republic specializing in the processing of sunflower seeds and the production of vegetable oil by hot pressing. LLC "Mariinsko-Posadsky Creamery" has a production and warehouse infrastructure for the storage and processing of oilseeds. Own car park allows you to quickly deliver sunflower seeds to the enterprise. The production site for the acceptance, storage and processing of sunflower seeds with a processing capacity of up to 140 tons per day is located in the city of Mariinsky Posad of the Chuvash Republic. The company uses a traditional technological scheme for processing oilseed raw materials, which allows preserving vitamins and nutrients inherent in nature itself in the finished product – a single pressing followed by deep filtration. The oil press shop is equipped with the necessary modern equipment to ensure the necessary quality indicators of oil and cake with maximum productivity and minimal losses. The workshop for refining - deodorization of vegetable oils and packaging in polymer containers allows processing and packing at least 12 tons of high-quality oil per day. One-time storage of sunflower oil in bulk is at least 1000 tons. The oil is packed in PET containers of different volumes (0.82 liters; 4.2 liters; 5 liters), which is distributed under the trademark "Akatui". The floor storage warehouse of cake allows storing up to 1.0 thousand tons of products. The entire production process is under constant control of our own modern certified laboratory. Modern production, management and sales technologies allow the company to flexibly and effectively work with consumers of our products, sensitively responding to changes in market conditions and requests of our customers. Storage sites for the acceptance and storage of sunflower seeds are located in the Chuvash Republic (the city of Mariinsky Posad and the city of Yadrin). They allow the company to store sunflower seeds with a volume of several thousand tons, necessary to ensure continuous processing in the spring and summer period. The entire volume of raw materials received for storage is thoroughly checked, which ensures that the product of the highest quality is obtained during further processing. Our own car fleet of more than 10 units allows us to deliver raw materials to the enterprise in the shortest possible time.
