The official, solemn opening of the School of Cheese Makers and cheese factory "Cheese Village" took place on December 6, 2017 in Shilov. For us it was both a joyful day and a responsible one! The ceremony was attended by both the head of the district and the deputy .Minister of Agriculture of the Ryazan region. "Cheese Village" at that time already produces cheeses using Swiss, Italian, Dutch technologies, we purchased new domestic equipment for this. But our story began a little earlier. Prior to that, the School of Cheese Making conducted training at the cheese factory in the Transfiguration of the Transfiguration Pronsky Monastery. Over two years, more than 60 people have become participants in the project: farmers and just interested people from various regions of the country – from Kaliningrad to Krasnoyarsk.
