Geese are bred in the vast pastures of Extremadura, where they live in a semi-wild environment. We have created favorable conditions for geese to lead a pleasant life in a state of complete freedom. Goose food consists of 100% natural products: fresh herbs and herbs, figs, olives, lupine, organic corn and, above all, harvested acorns. Such a diet combined with animal care makes our foie gras a unique and valuable product. Ethical Food Geese are calmed by blinding with light to exclude the suffering of the animal. Thanks to this technique, as well as all the above-mentioned conditions of keeping geese, we have received recognition from the National Association of Producers of Ethical Food Products ANPAE.
