MBF Group SA is a public limited company listed on the NewConnect stock market under the supervision of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. We deal in direct wholesale trade in goods, import, export and act as a broker. Our task is to negotiate and conclude transactions on behalf of the companies we represent on the basis of medium or long-term contacts. We carry out a thorough analysis of the transsaction and draw up secure commercial contracts for the supply of goods on behalf of ourselves or our counterparties. We provide a comprehensive service in terms of legal assistance, bid verification, delivery organisation and logistics. We specialise in the sale of the following products: - foodstuffs (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, sugar); - agricultural (fruit and vegetables, soya and sunflower meal); - medical (masks, gloves, COVID tests); - chemical (urea, adBlue); - technical (drones, generators); - fuel (hard coal, lignite, pellets). We represent the interests of the buyer or seller of the products. The relationship between the manufacturer and the sales agent is of a long-term nature and is established in the form of a written contract including the observance of commercial confidentiality.
