Description

J. P. Chenet, Colombard-Sauvignon is a pleasant white wine with a harmonious taste. The grapes of the Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc varieties are harvested at the foot of the Pyrenees, in Southwestern France, in the Cote de Gascony a little earlier than the berries reach full maturity. At the winery, the fruits are pressed at a reduced temperature. During the fermentation period, the 12-17 ° C mode is maintained in order to preserve all the natural shades of grapes.
