Description

J.P.Chenet, Chardonnay Reserve, Premier De Cuvee is a classic white wine aimed at the general consumer. It is of high quality and is enclosed in a traditional bottle with a curved neck. Chardonnay grapes are harvested immediately upon reaching maturity, pressed and maintained at a low temperature for 12 hours. Then yeast is added and fermented at a temperature of 15-17 ° C for a week. Part of the wine after alcoholic fermentation is aged in oak barrels for 6 months. The wine was awarded the silver medal three times at the Chardonnay du Monde competition in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
