The motive for creating a new kind of cheese was the world-famous Italian cheese "Parmigiano–Reggiano" (in French transcription - "Parmesan"). The history of cheese goes back to the XIV century, when in the Italian provinces of Parme and Reggio Emilia, monks invented cheese, needing this product to be stored for a long time. Since then, "Parmesan" has become extremely popular all over the world. The "Resurrection cheese maker" did not stand aside. Unlike the original "Parmesan", the cheese of Kostroma cheese makers is prepared in accordance with the norms of Russian legislation, which means that it is made from pasteurized milk. However, this did not affect the quality and taste, but only removed the sharpness and tartness of the cheese. "Resurrection Parmesan" is a hard cheese with a pronounced taste and a bright spicy-fruity note. Like its Italian counterpart, the cheese matures for about a year, thanks to which it acquires an extraordinary hardness and rich taste.
