Raven is our newest product in the line of branded coffee. It is a blend of coffee from Brazil 60%, Ethiopia 30% and Uganda 10%. A lot from Uganda was grown on the Kaveri plantation, this is a special robusta. The Kaveri plantation is located at an altitude of 1300 meters above sea level, which corresponds to the usual level of arabica growth. As a result, robusta grown in such conditions turns out to be unique: bright, saturated, with a dense and viscous body, while coffee has a pronounced sweetness and low acidity. In the aroma of this robusta: spices, cinnamon, dark chocolate. In taste: muscovado sugar, cocoa, plum jam. A mixture of two varieties of Arabica and natural robusta was made and fried in order to present our view of the place of robusta in the modern world of coffee, as well as to show that special robusta is a full-fledged story about its own, special interesting taste. Raven is not just coffee with a bias towards a pleasant rich bitterness and a thick body, but also our answer to those guests and partners who want to get an excellent specialty coffee without pronounced acidity.
