Description

The UVM-03 line is designed for cleaning transformer oils from mechanical impurities, water and oxidation products. The unit can be used in the preparation of fresh transformer oils for pouring into equipment, as well as for cleaning operational oils during routine maintenance. The purification method consists in preliminary purification from mechanical impurities, emulsified water and subsequent adsorption purification from dissolved water, acids and resins. Water removal is carried out by adsorption purification of oil using zeolite. The unit is supplied with two types of adsorbents - zeolite and silica gel, for removing not only dissolved water from transformer oils, but also aging products. With a typical initial water content of 100 g/t, the resource of adsorbents is sufficient for processing over 200 tons of transformer oil.
