The flange is designed to work with a Titanium-4 screw pair or a B42L screw pair from other manufacturers. It comes with an installed tee and a 1" camlock fitting, a flange outlet tube with an inner diameter of 25mm. The outlet for the pressure gauge on the tee is a 3/4" internal thread. If necessary, a pressure gauge with a diaphragm separator, a 10-meter hose, a brc tap or a tap with a brc tube can be added to the flange, and a completely new line can be assembled on a screw pump with the ability to turn on and operate in simple (right rotation) and reversible (left rotation) mode. If you had a pump without reverse mode, buying a Titanium-F25P flange will give your pump new features. If you previously had a 3/4" line at the pump, you can switch to a 1" line, this puts less strain on the drive, easier flow during cementation and filling voids, and less frequent clogging of the hoses. The pump operates on pumping on the right rotation, when the reverse is turned on, on the left rotation: it is possible to reduce the pressure in the line of injectors or packers The reverse can be used to move the solution in the opposite direction when flushing the pump and clogging the hose. Attention, the reverse is allowed to be turned on only for a short time, prolonged operation in reverse mode is not recommended, the flange stop has a limited resource. When working with the reverse, there is a strong wear of the screw pair rotor stop on the flange. The rotor of the screw pair has a significantly increased hardness, therefore, when the reverse is turned on, the stop on the flange is constantly worn out. The stop on the flange can be worn to a depth of up to 5 mm. Attention, when installing the reversing flange on the Titanium-706 pump, the locking pin must be removed from the reverse switch. Attention, when removing and installing the flange, it is necessary to place the screw pair with an oval slot perpendicular to the thrust bridge on the flange, as shown in the figure below. This is necessary to maximize the passage of the solution. The screw pair is rotated in the pump to the desired position, then the flange is fitted.
