Description

Installation of ultrafiltrative purification (realization) of juices and alcoholic beverages is designed to remove all types of precipitation and turbidity of beverages. After cleaning on the installation, the drink becomes absolutely transparent, while its taste quality is improved, but the color remains unchanged. Ceramic ultrafiltration membrane filters any juices and drinks up to 0.01mkm. Such deep filtration achieves exceptional transparency of the drink. The design of the installation principle. The drink is poured into a capacity of 20 liters. Then the cover is dressed and tightly screwed to the housing with the "Barashkov" nuts. Recycle crane at the beginning of the installation must be opened completely. The free end of the exit tube of the filtered beverage is placed in a clean container for collecting a drink. The pump is turned on and filtering begins. The circulation pump delivers the beverage to a ceramic ultrafiltration membrane module, delaying all suspensions and colloidal particles of more than 0.01 mkm, as a result of which its deep cleaning is achieved. After the membrane module, the drink passes through a pressure gauge, the ball valve of the recycle and returns to the container. The recycling flow of the recycle is adjusted by the recycling flow, the more the valve is closed, the higher the pressure on the membrane module and more its performance, i.e. there is greater flow of the filtered beverage. But at the same time, a smaller flow of drink rotates on a closed continuously and the ultrafiltration module is rapidly clogged due to the low flow rate. The most optimal pressure on the membrane is 1-1.5 bar. As the amount of beverage decreases and a larger concentration of the sediment, the recycle crane must be covered. After the filtering is completed, it is necessary to turn off the circulation pump, drain the concentrate and rinse all parts of the installation. The flushing of the ultrafiltration module is carried out as follows: 1. The exit tube of the filtered beverage using a threaded adapter connects to the highway of pure tap water (you can use the shower hose, after reloading its diffuser). 2. This highway is supplied to clean, preferably warm water and thus reverse washing of the ultrafiltration module.
