An all-weather 18-port switch with reversible PoE on 15 ports, two SFP ports and one Ethernet port with PoE power distribution is an easy-to-deploy and low—cost way to deliver Internet to individual apartments for any provider. With netPower 15FR, you can forget about expensive GPON base stations and optical splitters. This switch is part of the "Gigabit Passive Ethernet Network" (GPEN) concept and is designed to ensure the speed and versatility of fiber optic networks while taking advantage of Ethernet. The GPEN concept is able to replace any existing or future GPON solution and provide all the advantages of GPON, but it uses well-proven, simple and inexpensive Ethernet solutions. Don't worry about the power supply methods in the attic or in the utility room — the device has 15 ports with reversible PoE. Depending on the network configuration, netPower 15FR can receive the necessary power even from one subscriber! Equipped with an Ethernet port with PoE distribution to power an aggregated channel — for example, with Wireless Wire Dish or a video surveillance camera.
