"We developed this blend with care for those who prefer to drink coffee only with milk and are a lover of Arabica. A rare variety of Arabica blends harmoniously with milk. Therefore, to create this product, we chose arabica from Ethiopia dry processing and robusta from Vietnam. Roasted grains are dark enough. We strongly recommend using dark roasted grains for coffee with milk and varieties where nutty and chocolate flavors predominate. The fact is that not every variety of Arabica goes well with milk. Some have such a bright acidity that milk can curdle! And this is especially true for light roasted grains. Others have such a delicate taste that they are simply lost against the background of milk. And others, on the contrary, have a strong taste character that absorbs the taste of milk. If you brew black coffee from this mixture, then you will notice a very rich fermented taste. However, when milk is added, this coffee content not only remains, but is also emphasized by its sweetness. We recommend taking milk with a protein content of at least 3g / 100ml (3%), fat content – from 1.5%. The "Cappuccino Coffee" mixture is suitable both for brewing in a coffee machine and for brewing manually, namely in a turk, in a geyser coffee maker, in an aeropress, in a French press, and just in a cup.
