Description

Alcoholic yeast "Hop" is a high–quality yeast strain used in the preparation of sugar and grain brew. They provide maximum, fast and high-quality fermentation of sugar, and are able to withstand over 12%. Like other dry yeast, "Hop" also needs preliminary restoration — dissolution in warm (not hot water) and 10 — 15-minute settling. Instruction manual: • 1 bag of yeast (100 g) is designed for 15-20 liters of water and 5-6 kg of sugar. • Thoroughly dissolve the sugar in warm water. Dry yeast must be diluted in a separate bowl, pouring water 25-30 degrees Celsius and adding 2-3 tablespoons of sugar. • After about an hour, pour the yeast into the water. Fermentation should take place at a temperature of 23-28 degrees Celsius. The fermentation process begins on day 4-5 and continues for 1-2 days.
