    Basic information

LLC "Harvester" offers pine nuts, kernel, cedar oil, shell of the trademark "Cedar forest" We have been processing pine nuts since 1997. The territory of harvesting points covers our country from the Urals to the Pacific Ocean. The harvesting process begins with collecting cones and threshing them. Transportation to the factory sometimes takes not one or two days, but much more, so it is important to observe the temperature regime. At the plant, the nut enters the drying chambers where, at 40 C, the nut is dried for 2-5 days. The next stage of processing is calibration. The fractionator is divided into calibers for the next stage of core collapse. At this stage, the calibrated nut is fed into the stone millstones of the crusher and, already collapsed, into an air-sieve separator, where the clean (collapsed core) is separated from the non-collapsed one and the shell is separated. At the stage of processing, the "sink" - the core is cleaned with water from small particles of the shell and crushed core. After repeated drying, the core enters the optical sorter, in which the non-conditioned (underdeveloped, rotten) core is separated from the conditioned one. The last stage of processing is packaging. At the request of customers, the core is packed to choose from in vacuum bags of 1, 3, 5 kg, in corrugated cardboard boxes of 10, 15, 10 kg or 6 kg, respectively, polypropylene bags in a corrugated box of 6 kg. The entire processing cycle from harvesting to packaging sometimes takes more than 1 month, but our team at all stages of harvesting and processing pine nuts, pine cones and kernels carries out strict control of compliance with the technology.
