LLC "Organic Soy Product" was founded in 2012. The main activity is the production of dietary foods based on soy. The product range includes products such as tofu (soy cheese), soy milk (soy drink), soy nuts (heat-treated and ready-to-eat soybeans), okara (food soy fortifier), etc. The history of our production dates back to 1998. Tom-Soy LLC, the largest soy products manufacturing company in Siberia at that time, from 1998 to 2003, produced soy products by weight tofu, soy milk, desserts and tofu-based pastes with a shelf life not exceeding 3 days. From 2003 to 2010, the company carried out constant painstaking work to find development options, which resulted in the introduction of technology for the production of traditional soy products for long-term storage without the use of preservatives and special storage conditions (cooling). In 2012, the invention "Method for obtaining a soy-based protein product" was registered. The essence of the invented method is the processing of finished products with soft food steam and packaging it in modern packaging materials with high barrier characteristics. The next step was to improve the organoleptic properties of long-term storage tofu. A technology for the production of whole structured tofu was developed and implemented, which was also registered in 2016. The main result of the introduction of this technology was the improvement of the taste characteristics of the finished product.
