Yamal fish

Yamal Product, the largest deep fish processing enterprise in the Northern part of Russia, is located in Salekhard, the only city on the planet located at the latitude of the Arctic Circle. The company's activities include the production and sale of products mainly from whitefish species of fish, as well as from pike, burbot and ruff, prepared according to branded recipes. Yamal Product is the real pride of the district, an enterprise equipped according to the latest European standards and at the same time preserving all the good traditions of the old fish cannery. The purpose of the company's activity is to produce high–quality products, constantly increasing the assortment. Yamal Product buys fish from no more than 5 suppliers, and operates within certain quotas on special exclusive terms. The history of the company has more than 80 years and keeps many original recipes, according to which several generations of Siberian craftsmen traditionally prepared fish delicacies. The production capacity of the plant allows processing more than 3,000 tons of raw materials per year and producing 3 million cans of canned cooking. The plant has implemented full-cycle production. Yamal Product is a regular prize–winner and medalist of food competitions.
