Founded in 2005, the confectionery factory "Venice" produces and supplies confectionery products from puff pastry, shortbread and pastry dough to the consumer market. in a fairly short period of time, thanks to the quality and originality of the products, the confectionery factory stood on a par with the well-known enterprises of St. Petersburg and was ahead of them in many respects. Original technological solutions, the use of only high-quality raw materials, the professionalism of employees, allow us to produce products that are in steady and increasing demand. In 2008, production was expanded, as a result of which a new workshop was put into operation and a new line was launched. In 2011, a new production site was put into operation, allowing the factory to work not only at the regional, but also at the all-Russian level, implementing the accepted quality policy. The company sets itself the following tasks: Continuous development of means of production based on modern technologies, Improvement of the main qualitative characteristics of all types of products, ensuring its competitive ability. Guarantee of product safety and quality, strict control of technological process parameters in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
