    Basic information

    I produce only classic sauerkraut. In my sauerkraut there is salt, carrots and white cabbage. I do not use vinegar, water, sugar, artificial yeast, preservatives, pasteurization. The amount of cabbage after the brine draining is at least 95% of the total mass. Cabbage is tightly packed without air pockets.
