We keep up with the times, we have upgraded the cheese shop and the butter shop twice. With the help of modern highly efficient equipment, high–quality and healthy dairy products with a wide range of flavors are produced - these are brine and semi-hard cheeses included in the category of "homemade", butter with a different proportion of milk fat content. To date, the plant sends up to 5 thousand tons of cheese and 2.5 thousand tons of butter to the consumer market, and this is far from the limit. The Cheese Valley company has become an example of the embodiment of the best cheese-making traditions of the region under the quality mark. Our products, developed on the basis of domestic technologies, will be able to compete with foreign producers of dairy products.
