Our company is a full-cycle enterprise for processing walnuts. We produce premium quality walnut kernels. Our finished products are walnut kernels of Chili and Russian origin of any fractions at the request of the customer or a mixture of them. The company has its own production and warehouse base. The company is equipped with a modern foreign automated splitting line, Meyer photo separators, inspection conveyors for additional manual sorting, equipment for packing the core in a vacuum or inert gas environment. At least 30 tons of raw materials from the 2023 harvest year are constantly in stock. The finished products are packed in corrugated boxes of 10 kg. It is possible to individually pack a doy-pack from 50 gr. under the customer's trademark ("White label"). The products are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GOST 16833-2014 "Walnut kernel. Technical specifications"; GOST 32874-2014 "Walnuts. Technical conditions". The EAC Declaration of Conformity dated 03/04/2024 and test reports of the finished product have been issued. There are certificates of origin and phytosanitary certificates of the manufacturer of raw materials — the company La Invernada, Calbu (Chile). The EAC Declaration of Conformity dated 03/04/2024 was issued.
