The Soyuz S Group of Companies was organized in the late 90s. The group consists of four enterprises. The main directions of our activity: production of wood chips and bars for traditional smoking; production of a food additive - smoke flavoring "Alder smoke" for smokeless smoking; production of picnic goods - charcoal, charcoal briquettes and related products; agricultural production. Production of wood chips One of the main activities of our company is the production of wood chips and bars of hardwood - alder, oak, beech for traditional smoking. Wood chips are made exclusively from fresh and environmentally friendly wood. The crushing of wood chips into fractions is carried out on modern high-tech equipment. Strict quality control is carried out at all stages of production. Our chips are used by technologists of more than 200 food industries. Small packing of chips is realized by wholesale and retail enterprises of Russia. Production of "Alder smoke" Back in Soviet times, the Research Institute was developing a smoking liquid that could replace traditional smoking with wood chips. They planned to use smoking preparations on floating factories. This promised great economic benefits. Then there were smoking preparations based on tar - "Vakhtol", MINX, etc. This was the first big step in the widespread introduction of these drugs. But these products had more disadvantages than advantages. Scientists have developed a completely new smoking preparation - water saturated with smoke - which met all modern technological requirements. But they did not have time to introduce this drug into production - perestroika came. Only by the end of the 90s there was a need for the production of so-called "liquid fumes". And, as you know, demand gives rise to supply. We decided to try to apply the unique technology in practice. Everything worked out! They called their product "Alder Smoke". He has successfully passed the certification. We were very pleased with the organoleptic indicators - low acidity, MPC of dangerous substances is ten times lower than permissible. This is because we use only ALDER in our production." We are still paying great attention to the ecological cleanliness of our "Alder Smoke". Quality control is carried out at all stages of production. In 2004, we received a certificate of state registration of "Alder Smoke". The product has been certified in Russia and the Republic of Belarus and is approved for use as a food additive.
