Saratov Pasta Factory is the largest factory among 500 enterprises of the food and processing industry of the Saratov region and one of the oldest factories in Russia, which passed its centennial anniversary in 2008. The Saratov region is traditionally considered the "Breadbasket of Russia", it is among the leaders of the Volga Federal District and among the top ten in Russia in grain – wheat milling. Soft hard wheat varieties are grown in the region, from which flour is produced for the production of products of the Saratov pasta factory. High-quality raw materials from wheat of hard and soft varieties, modern Italian technologies and modern high-tech equipment of the Italian company "Braibanti" and the Swiss company "Buhler" allows you to constantly increase the quality and quantity of products. Flour and pasta (packaged and weighed) are produced in accordance with the requirements of GOST, the volume of products has reached 30 thousand tons per year and is constantly growing. Strict quality control of the raw materials used, deep vacuuming during the kneading process, soft drying in automatic dryers makes pasta smooth, glassy, of a pleasant soft golden color, which ensures stable high consumer demand among the population of the Saratov region, the Volga Federal District and far beyond.
