JSC Buturlinovsky Mill is one of the largest grain processing companies in the Central Chernozem region and the largest in the Voronezh region. The enterprise is located on one industrial site in the industrial and residential area of the city of Buturlinovka. The company belongs to the bread products industry. Structurally, JSC "Buturlinovsky Flour Mill" consists of three processing plants — a flour mill, a grain mill, a feed mill and two elevators. The main activity of JSC "Buturlinovsky Flour Mill" is grain processing and production of varietal flour, cereals, mixed feed, loose and granular, grits, granulated bran. The technological process of flour production makes it possible to obtain flour with the quality indicators of GOST R52189-2003. The technological process of grain storage ensures its safety, improves quality, makes it resistant for long-term storage and includes: reception and placement of grain, cleaning it from impurities, drying, cooling and disinfection of grain; long-term storage of grain, during which the condition of the grain is constantly monitored and the necessary preventive measures are carried out to prevent deterioration of its quality; formation of batches of food, feed and seed grain of appropriate conditions; grain release to rail or road transport, as well as transit shipment (transshipment).
