    Why our own production? To put it very briefly, the idea of making high-quality and delicious fish with your hands did not arise from scratch. This idea arose from the fact that after returning from Kamchatka, my dad Sergey Petrovich Nosov (a technologist by vocation) could not get used to the fish products of local producers and began to make cold-smoked fish for himself and his friends. Gradually, orders began to come from mouth to mouth. Our friends were telling their friends about the delicious fish. For two years, Sergey Petrovich has already become difficult to organize a sufficient volume of orders in his mini smokehouse. And at the family council it was decided to establish production, strictly under quality control and most importantly - all fish products should be smoked only with alder or aspen wood! Kamchatka is called by locals "The Country of Salmon". This is an amazing region in terms of beauty and natural resources. However, it is not enough to know and possess fish gifts, you still need to be able to properly dispose of them, i.e. choose and cook fish correctly. The recipes that we offer you have been developed for 20 years. We make fish for you according to our own recipes, which were used with great success in Kamchatka.
