    Basic information

The history of the company's creation goes back to 1999. Starting from one small factory, the company has grown to two modern production sites for the production of carbonated beverages and bottled drinking water. According to the level of equipment, Niagara meets the highest requirements of domestic and foreign technical and technological standards. Today, Niagara is the No. 1 company in the Ural region in terms of total production of drinking water and carbonated beverages, and is also among the TOP 10 bottlers in Russia. The company has been certified according to several ISO standards at once: ISO 22000:2005 food safety management standard and ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard. The production facilities of the enterprise include two plants for the production of beverages and drinking water. The plant for bottling carbonated drinks is located in Chelyabinsk. In 2014, the latest equipment for bottling drinks from the best German manufacturer Krones was installed here. The plant for the extraction and bottling of drinking water is located in the village of Kasargi, next to the legendary spring, known in the Southern Urals since 1794. This well is unique, as "only 1% of the water sources in Russia correspond to the parameters of the highest category of water" - according to the director of the Institute of Water Problems, Viktor Danilov-Danilyan. The Niagara Company has been looking for such a well for a long time – about 3 years. It is almost impossible to recreate such water in laboratory conditions. The well of the plant is located at a depth of 70 meters. It will take about 80 years for a raindrop to reach it. Passing through all layers, up to the aquifer, a drop of water absorbs all the benefits that the earth contains, enriching itself with magnesium, potassium and calcium. Next, the water undergoes water treatment, namely: magnetization, which increases the useful properties of water; filtration, which allows you to completely remove clay particles and other natural sorbents; ultraviolet, designed to disinfect water and a membrane system that purifies water from salts dissolved in it. Then, under careful laboratory control, the water enters the bottling, which takes place in an ozone environment, which eliminates the ingress of microbes. The bottles into which the water is poured undergo multi-stage processing. Only after that, bottling takes place under the supervision of specialists. Thanks to well-established production and its natural properties, artesian water "Niagara" and "Niagara Premium" is safe for health, has optimal hardness and fully complies with established state standards according to the requirements of the Ministry of Health for artesian water. The company is proud of its factory and the products it produces.
