In 1998, Nina Nikolaevna Kogteva, an entrepreneur, founded a meat semi-finished products production shop in Tyumen. Its production capacity per day reached about two tons of finished product. The high quality of products and the growing consumer demand led to the rapid consolidation of the enterprise. The workshop was transformed into LLC "Meat semi-finished products Factory "Meat fairy Tale". Today, its area, equipped with German and Italian equipment for the production of semi-finished products, a packing line, powerful refrigeration equipment, totals 1,200 sq. m. About 100 highly qualified employees work on the creation of meat masterpieces. The total volume of finished products reaches 20 tons per day. The plant is constantly updating and expanding its range, quickly responding to market changes in the food market. Today, more than 100 products are produced under the "Meat Fairy Tale" brand: minced meat, cutlets, dumplings, manti, khinkali, kebabs, meat cuts, vegetarian semi-finished products, products for Christian fasting. All production processes are carried out in strict compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards. Raw materials are supplied from ecologically clean areas of the south of the Tyumen region. The high quality of semi-finished products "Meat Fairy tale" is confirmed by the Department of Agriculture of the region and an independent food expert certified according to the ISO 9000 QMS. This is also evidenced by the awards and diplomas received annually at regional, Russian and international exhibitions.
