    Basic information

The history of our brewery begins on November 15, 2001, when the famous brewer from Germany Reinhard Munker, who gave many years to the company "Krombacher", brewed the first batch of beer. Subsequently, live non-pasteurized beer "Lutsenko" and "Kreisbacher", brewed according to the original German recipe of 1516, on equipment imported from Germany and mounted by German specialists, became famous throughout the south of Russia. However, by 2013-2014, the company began to lose ground and, eventually, ceased its activities. In 2016, the new owner began work on improving the technology of the brewery and increasing its production capacity. In the process of modernization, all the best things that exist in the world brewing practice were left at our plant, and everything else was modified and replaced with equipment that is the latest word of technology today. Due to the fact that a lot of new things appear at the plant, the name does not remain aside, which from that moment begins to sound like "KREISBERG". The brewing process is currently fully automated, the product does not interact with the external environment during production, which makes it possible to store beer for a long time without preservatives. The treasure of our brewery is the camp basement, where, as in the XVI century in Bavaria, beer was stored in Alpine cold caves, which gave the name to the drink — lager, which means storage in German, and here, deep in the ground, under the main building of the plant, the classic camp beer of low fermentation matures and acquires the whole set aromas, the so-called bouquet, characteristic of the most delicious live beer, obtained by ensuring a constant temperature in the room.
