Urbech is a paste made from ground nuts or seeds, which is a traditional Dagestan dish. Due to its rich taste and richness of nutrients, it has been loved by Caucasian residents for a long time. The main ingredient for the preparation of traditional urbech are roasted flaxseeds mixed with butter and granulated sugar. It is this kind of urbech that is sold in the markets in the Caucasus. Our company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of urbech in Russia (raw pasty product). Using an ancient recipe, we decided to prepare a special delicacy that has not only excellent taste qualities, but also benefits. When the temperature threshold of 40 degrees is exceeded, the product quickly loses its inherent useful properties. For this reason, when making urbech, we adhere to strict quality standards, carefully monitor that during the drying and grinding of seeds, the temperature does not exceed the permissible threshold. We do not add unnecessary components to the raw paste, we make a completely natural product based on only ground seeds or nuts. The presence of preservatives and sweeteners is excluded.
