Grana

The Grana association was established in 1992 and is a large grain processing association of the Altai Territory. Starting with grain mills with a capacity of 25 tons of grain per day, the Grana Association annually increases production capacities both by building new production facilities and modernizing existing ones in accordance with the latest technical achievements. Today, the enterprises of the Grana Association process 600 tons of wheat into flour per day, 100 tons of grain of cereals, and also produce 150 tons of compound feeds and feed mixtures. Every year, the enterprises of the Association process 12% of the food grain grown in the Altai Territory into flour and cereals. The enterprises of the Grana system daily ship dozens of wagons of high-quality products made from environmentally friendly Altai grain: wheat flour of the highest, first and second grades, rye flour, semolina, pearl barley, peas, wheat and oatmeal, as well as oat flakes, mixed feed and feed mixtures. Products with the trademark “Grana” have proven themselves in all regions of Russia and abroad. Its high quality is confirmed by the awards received following the results of prestigious All-Russian and regional competitions. Every year, several types of products of the Association win according to the results of the All-Russian program “100 best goods of Russia” and the contest “The Best Altai goods”. In order to develop new sales markets, in 2008 JSC “Grana” was one of the founders of the company “Altai Mills”, which exports flour to the countries of Central and South-East Asia, Africa and Latin America.
