Genesis LLC is the exclusive representative in Russia of the Bulgarian company GENESIS laboratories, a European producer of starter cultures for both the dairy and meat industries. Genesis Laboratories was founded in Bulgaria in 1992. Currently, the company is a European manufacturer of starter cultures for the dairy industry and starter cultures for the meat industry. "Genesis Laboratories" is the first scientific state laboratory in Bulgaria, therefore it enjoys huge support from Bulgarian industrial enterprises. More than 70 patents, 37 new technologies and many inventions on the use of various microorganisms in the meat and dairy industry have been created on the topics of product optimization. All the company's products are patented, and microorganisms are stored in the state bank of industrially valuable strains. The products of Genesis Laboratories are certified by the Ministry of Health, entered in the state register and allowed for use on the territory of the Russian Federation. The quality control procedure for the production of starter cultures is based on a completely independent structure that confirms the reliability of all stages and certifies each batch of course.
