We are artisan bread producers .Artisan bread is not the main activity of the company,we also produce pastry,puff pastry and confectionery.We do not use improvers, substitutes and preservatives.All our bread is fermented for a long time, the molding of each unit is done manually and it is baked in a hearth oven.The assortment includes both bread on live starter cultures and yeast.It is important for us to observe all the traditions and canons of baking.We keep up with the times, develop and try to improve the quality by using high-tech equipment.
