Already in 1993, the first workshop for processing and salting red fish was launched. In 1995, the first dumpling shop was launched. Then there were only 4 people working there. In 2004, the first Sakhalin brewery producing beer using Czech technology was launched. The leading brewer from the Czech Republic, Jiri Kubechek, has been setting up production and brewing this beer for many years. In 2007, a workshop for bottling water and sweet drinks was launched. Highly purified water and beverages, which are produced under the guidance of a wonderful technologist from Tatarstan, Gazizulin Lenar, have won many awards. In 2008, Sakhalin residents were able to evaluate the first products produced in the new workshop for the production of sausages and meat delicacies. In 2011, the confectionery shop was launched. And in 2014, a designer workshop for sewing fashionable clothes also appeared. All workshops are equipped with modern equipment and allow you to implement bold ideas that require complex technological processes.
