I am Chebotaev Mikhail Gennadievich, the owner of the confectionery production in Kosulino. Together with a team of confectioners and technologists, I prepare cakes and cookies so that there are always delicious and fresh desserts on your table. Chebotaevsky Sweets is a project that appeared when my professional experience allowed me to go further and open my own business. For 14 years of project management, I have assembled an excellent team, opened two technically equipped workshops according to modern industry requirements and certified production. For the first cake prepared for sale – the "Male Ideal" - I took my grandmother's recipe as a basis and, perhaps, that is why this product immediately brought us a regular clientele. Now five kinds of cakes and cookies are being prepared in the confectionery – I decided not to abandon the traditions and added a pinch of grandmother's culinary skills to each of them. The opening of a new workshop – larger in area than the first one – will allow us to expand the range and production volumes in the near future. I decided to produce cakes exclusively from high–quality (often local, because they are the freshest) products, not to add flavor enhancers, dyes, palm oil, flavors, margarine, vegetable fats and egg powder. In short, our production is a large home kitchen, in which there is no place for artificial ingredients. Nothing you wouldn't like to treat your child to. I indicate the full composition and the standard that the dessert corresponds to, so that it would be easier for you to make a choice in favor of "Chebotay sweets". The products of "Chebotaevsky sweets" have a short shelf life (due to the natural composition), so we regularly deliver fresh product to points of sale.
