Agroinnovation LLC is one of the largest companies in the field of agro—industrial production with a closed cycle "from field to counter" in Russia. Our scale The number of employees in the company's management, taking into account their family members, reaches 1.7 thousand people. Agroinnovation unites four industry directions: 1. Sugar production. 2 Sugar factories in Kursk and Belgorod regions of the Russian Federation, with a processing capacity of 750 thousand tons of sugar beet per year: • JSC "Bolshevik Sugar Mill" • JSC "Lgovsky Sugar Mill" 2. Agricultural direction: 2 agricultural enterprises in Kursk and Belgorod regions: • LLC "Grayvoron-agroinvest" • LLC "Lgovagroinvest" • Crop production. The company owns 44 thousand hectares of land in terms of growing grain, industrial crops. The assortment includes the following products: wheat, barley, lupin, corn, soy. • Animal husbandry. The Agroinnovation company owns 2,600 heads of black-and-white cattle. 3. Dairy production: Lgovsky Dairy and canning Plant. Among our partners are such leading companies as Konti, Molvest, Slavyanka, Vologda Ice Cream and others. 4. Lgovsky bakery plant with a one-time storage capacity of 70 thousand tons. The company owns its own raw material base, which allows it to provide processing facilities with raw materials. This guarantees independence from external suppliers, guarantees high quality of the product and allows you to manage its cost. Our principles We grow natural raw materials for our own production. We control the quality of all stages of production. The OCC — Quality Control Department was created specifically for this purpose. The history of the creation of the Bolshevik Sugar Mill was built in 1837. During the Second World War, it was completely destroyed and restored in 1951. In 2019, Agroinnovation became the new owner of the plant. The Lgovsky Sugar Mill was built in 1899. During the first half of the 20th century, it was destroyed twice, and restored in 1950. Lgovsky Dairy and Canning Plant was built in 1955. In 2019, TD Agroinnovation acquired Lgovsky Dairy and Canning Plant, which has been producing condensed milk and butter for more than 65 years. Immediately after the acquisition, reconstruction and modernization of production were launched. In recent years, modern pressure equipment has been installed. Active work has also begun on creating its own brand, as well as updating the assortment line. Geography of production Agroinnovation's plants are located on fertile lands in the best ecologically clean agricultural regions of the Russian Federation. Modern technology using the original seed material of fertilizers and protective equipment gives the maximum effect from the use of modern agricultural technologies. We also use advanced technologies for the maintenance and care of animals, pay special attention to the issues of genetics and diet. A special mobile veterinary team consisting of highly qualified specialists takes care of the health of animals. We strictly adhere to the new regulations of the WTO and the Customs Union, which is why a food safety management system has been introduced at our enterprises.
