Learn more about the company's products. Collagen Beef Protein BioPro-B BioPro-B protein is a natural animal product, an isolate of connective tissue beef protein. It consists of 100% collagen beef fibers. It has a neutral taste and smell, the absence of gluten and genetically modified organisms. BioPro-B is a food raw material for food production and acts as a structure-forming ingredient. Beef protein is added in the production of meat products and is intended to create a protein framework. Both in cold form and during heat treatment with high temperature, it is able to retain moisture and retain emulsifying abilities.
