The joint-stock company "B&B (B&B)", one of the largest enterprises in the industry, was formed on the basis of the Podolsk experimental confectionery factory. Founded in 1929, the factory has long been an experimental laboratory of the USSR Confectionery Industry Research Institute. Today the factory is a modern confectionery production, equipped with high-quality equipment manufactured in Germany, Great Britain, Italy. Production facilities allow to produce more than 2500 tons per month of products at the level of international quality standards in compliance with all hygienic requirements. The company is a regular participant of specialized exhibitions Prodexpo (Moscow), ISM (Cologne). The experience of the best specialists, long-term traditions, automated technological processes allow the factory to offer consumers more than 200 names of chocolate, jelly, praline and whipped confectionery products. Focusing on the constantly changing preferences of consumers, the company flexibly approaches the packaging, assortment and design of products. The company pays special attention to the quality of incoming raw materials, each batch of which undergoes a thorough analysis in the laboratory of the factory, including the absence of genetically modified ingredients and safety for the health of consumers. The main direction of the factory's development today is the development of regional sales, the production of products under the "private label", the expansion of its presence in the CIS countries.
